2. Digital Services – No Physical Returns

Since our services are delivered digitally and focused to each client, there are no physical items to return.

Instead, we focus on revisions, project adjustments, and fair refund considerations where applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a partial or full refund if:

  • The service has not yet started and no work has been delivered.
  • You cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.

You may request a partial refund if:

  • Only a portion of the work has been completed and delivered.
  • The delivered work does not meet the agreed scope and you have given us a chance to revise without satisfactory results.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The full agreed work has been completed and delivered.
  • Delays are caused by missing information, feedback, or approvals from your side.
  • You change your mind after the service is completed.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer free revisions within the agreed scope until you are satisfied with the work. For changes outside the original agreement, additional charges may apply.

6. Processing of Refunds
